A: Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to check in date and time. Cancellations received less than 24 hours, the full amount for the first cancelled night will be charged.

A: Either catch a Taxi, approx. $120.00, hire a car, or the cheapest option is the Sky bus from the airport to Southern Cross station then a train to Lilydale. There is also an Airport bus but you must prebook it on www.airportbus.com.au
